Another breathing op for Trifolium
Trainer Charles Byrnes hopes a second breathing operation will turn around the fortunes of Trifolium.

The six-year-old was well beaten on his comeback run at Punchestown in October, after which he underwent surgery to correct a breathing issue.
However, it was clear the problem had not been fully rectified when he finished last of four in the Fighting Fifth at Newcastle in December.
Byrnes said: "He's had another breathing operation since his last run. Maybe the Red Mills Hurdle in Gowran might be an option for him.
"I'd like to step down in grade with him. I think a Grade Two would be hot enough for him at this stage."
(reopens) Trifolium also holds an entry in Sunday's Irish Champion Hurdle at Leopardstown, but Byrnes said it was "unlikely" he would run.
