Kirby faces hearing
Adam Kirby will face an inquiry held by the disciplinary panel of the British Horseracing Authority who will consider whether he committed a breach of the rules of racing.

Kirby was unplaced aboard Pipers Piping at Kempton earlier this month in the second division of the Book W.H.W.F Tickets On 0844 579 3008 Handicap on December 5 and although the on course stewards did not hold an enquiry on the day, the ride was subsequently reviewed by the BHA.

On a date that has still to be confirmed the panel will consider whether Kirby did not take all reasonable and permissible measure to ensure that the gelding was run on its merits.
