Nicky Henderson took advantage of the warmer conditions to work a big number of his team on the grass at Seven Barrows, with Barry Geraghty over from Ireland riding the stable's Cheltenham contenders.

AMORALIST is a name to conjure with and he is set to surface at Newbury on Wednesday.

The gelding joined Henderson having shown some decent form on the level for Ed Dunlop and although he has missed a couple of intended engagements, he should soon state his case as a player in the Triumph Hurdle jigsaw.

He has worked and schooled well and impressed both his trainer and rider.

SNAKE EYES carries the silks of JP McManus and has also worked nicely ahead of a novice hurdle assignment, probably at Newbury.

This promising individual looks to have progressed well since a surprise defeat on his comeback at Kempton.

FRENCH OPERA may have to live in the shadow of the mighty Sprinter Sacre, but the nine-year-old nevertheless has plenty to offer in two and two-and-a-half-mile Graded chases.

He moved encouragingly ahead of a possible crack at Thursday's re-arranged Peterborough Chase at Exeter.

He will be making his seasonal reappearance if he does line up, but is always good fresh.

LONG RUN looks the most solid of the stable's candidates for the King George VI Chase and continues to fire out positive signals ahead of a race where he looks the only proven stayer amongst a field of two and a half milers.

His excellent run in the Betfair Chase showed that he is just as good as he was last season.

CASH AND GO is on course for a tilt at The Ladbroke Hurdle at Ascot next weekend and any rain prior to that valuable contest will be in his favour.

The way he's been working suggests he could have blown-up when second on his first outing for Henderson in the Greatwood Hurdle.
