The trainer withdrew Sprinter Sacre and Darlan from intended outings at Cheltenham last weekend when rain produced conditions that were deemed too testing.
But Henderson said that he was minded to run Oscar Whisky and Finian's Rainbow at Ascot and Long Run at Haydock, despite the poor weather forecast.
"It [the forecast] sounds awful and I don't know if they will cope with it, but it's wet everywhere. It will be wet next week and the week after. What do you do?" he told At The Races.
"I'm most worried about Long Run. I think Oscar Whisky and Finian's Rainbow will be okay. A drop or two of rain might even help them slosh through it.
"It's not ideal on their first runs of the season. But they've got to run somewhere."
