Mick Easterby’s four-year-old almost fell when coming out of the stalls last time at Beverley but made eye-catching headway through the race to suggest he is good enough to win off his current handicap mark. He takes a marked drop in class from 0-85 company into a 0-70 today and a repeat of that run, which was his best showing for his shrewd handler so far, would see him go very close. The money's already come, but the value may not yet all have gone.
