The three charities supported by the Maginificent Seven challenge were the winners as three of our tipsters found winners at Beverley on Monday evening.

Ed Chamberlin, Richard Fahey and Alex Hammond all got off the mark for the week, as their selections hit the target.

First up was trainer Fahey who found Danot, the 9/4 winner of the opening claimer. Then came Chamberlin, whose £50 win bet on Mister Manannan hit the target when the sprinter got up to score by half a length at 100/30.

Last but by no means least was Hammond, who selected Rainbow Rock to score with something in hand by three and a quarter lengths at 7/4.

Sky Bet's Michael Shinners was out of luck when Little Bruv could manage no better than third in the two-mile handicap, but he retains the outright lead after three days of the tipping challenge with a total yield of £306.25.

Sky Bet make him the 7/2 favourite to be crowned as top tipster at the end of the Festival, although the field have closed up behind him.

Only Sporting Life racing editor Dave Ord is yet to find a winner. The portly bearded scribe can be backed at 14/1 to burst into life and top the standings after racing at Pontefract on Sunday.

Sky Bet have given seven racing personalities £50 each day to bet on any race during the Go Racing in Yorkshire Summer Festival, with any profits added together and shared equally between three charities - New Beginnings, the Injured Jockeys Fund and the Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
