Arab Spring set for July task
Arab Spring is on course for the Princess of Wales's Stakes at Newmarket's July Festival, according to his handler Sir Michael Stoute.
A lightly-raced four-year-old by Monsun, Arab Spring has been patiently brought along in classic Stoute style.
He made just one appearance as a three-year-old, filling the runner-up spot at Newmarket, and made a winning return at Kempton at the end of March.
Since then, Arab Spring has won handicaps at Newbury, York and Royal Ascot and progression to a Group-class performer looks inevitable.

Stoute said: "We hope to run him in the Princess of Wales's and we will see how we get on. He is entitled to go into a Stakes race now. He has been very progressive."
Arab Spring could yet be joined in the Princess of Wales's Stakes by stable companion Hillstar, who is also among the entries for this Saturday's Group One Coral-Eclipse at Sandown.
Stoute holds a formidable record in the Princess of Wales's Stakes, winning it nine times, most recently with Gamut, Papal Bull, Doctor Fremantle, Crystal Capella and Fiorente.
