Trainer Jamie Osborne believes it is probably best to make the most of the medication on offer for his UAE Derby winner ahead of the mile and a quarter Grade One.
However, he is against running his horse on Bute.
"I'm definitely not going to run him on Bute. I don't agree with that. I'm debating whether we might run on Lasix because when in Rome," the trainer told At The Races.
"I think we probably will run him on Lasix."
Osborne reports Toast Of New York to have settled in nicely at the track under the supervision of his assistant, retired jump jockey Jimmy McCarthy.
"He went on the track on Monday morning for the first time and Jimmy was very happy with him. He's fresh, he's come out of quarantine," said the trainer.
"He'll canter on the track again and I arrive there Wednesday afternoon and will see him Thursday morning.
"There's nothing I can do now. He did his last bit of work at home. He's not going to gallop while he's there, he'll just canter round the track.
"We're happy with how it's gone. Sometimes you can lose these races in transit, but at the moment it looks like it's all gone well.
"You don't have a horse like him and send him for a million and a quarter race and leave him half cocked. He's as fit as a flea."
