Ruler set for Dubai World Cup

Aidan O'Brien's four-year-old, who was last seen finishing third to Farhh in the Qipco Champion Stakes at Ascot in October, is the only Irish-trained possible named in the list of likely runners.
British trainers are well represented, with the Ed Dunlop-trained Red Cadeaux and Andrew Balding's Side Glance, second and fourth respectively behind Animal Kingdom in the world's richest race 12 months ago, all set to have another go.
John Gosden's admirable mare The Fugue, Sir Michael Stoute's Hillstar and Mukhadram from William Haggas' Newmarket stable are others in the mix.
Godolphin have four representatives, with Saeed bin Suroor responsible for African Story, Hunter's Light and Prince Bishop.
Vancouverite, trained by Charlie Appleby, is the other.
Completing the list from stables all across the world are Akeed Mofeed, Belshazzar, Hokko Tarumae, Military Attack, Ron The Greek and Sanshaawes.
