Racing goes ahead at the Scottish venue after six millimetres of snow and rain fell within the last 24 hours.
Clerk of the course Hazel Peplinski tweeted: "Good news! Kelso Racecourse passes the precautionary inspection.
"Racing goes ahead. Going is now heavy after 6mm snow/rain."
The fixture features the BetVictor Morebattle Hurdle.
Also clear to race is the Irish fixture at Thurles with the all-chase card deemed fine to go ahead despite 5.5mm of overnight rain. The going is also heavy.
