Aidan O'Brien gave his seven Epsom contenders a spin at Ballydoyle on Tuesday
morning.
The champion trainer hopes to run Brian Boru, Alberto Giacometti, Balestrini
and The Great Gatsby in the Vodafone Derby, Yesterday and L'Ancresse in the Oaks
and Black Sam Bellamy in the Coronation Cup.
He also has Handel entered in the Derby but he may go instead for the
Gallinule Stakes at the Curragh on Sunday.
"The Epsom seven plus Handel, which goes for the Gallinule Stakes at the
Curragh next Sunday, all seem to be fine," O'Brien said.
"They only had a blow because our gallops are nearly flooded it has been such
a bad morning.
"All anyone wants is safe ground at Epsom. They've had nice ground the last
couple of years and I'm sure they'll have the same again."
With stable jockey Michael Kinane on Yesterday, Kevin Darley has been booked
to ride L'Ancresse.
"He rode her in the Guineas (unplaced behind Russian Rhythm) which is a
help," O'Brien added.
