A variety of special doubles, combining the cricket World Cup with the Cheltenham Festival are also on offer, including 20-1 for Kauto Star to win the Gold Cup and Michael Vaughan to be England's top runscorer. Sky Bet is offering odds on the first horse to win at the Cheltenham Festival from seven listed runners and the Paul Nicholls hotpot, Kauto Star, 6-4 favourite to win the Gold Cup, is quoted at 16-1. The market is headed by Amaretto Rose, backed in to 11-4 from 3-1, who runs in the opening Supreme Novices' Hurdle. 10-1 is quoted for none of the listed horses to win. Odds are also available on the biggest winning distance of the Festival and Sky Bet make the Sun Alliance Chase 6-1 favourite in this market, although the Gold Cup has been well supported, prompting a price cut from 12-1 to 8-1.
