Martin Pipe's Liberman is favourite to give Martin Pipe yet another big Saturday handicap winner and has been installed as 9/2 market leader by the sponsors for the ToteScoop6 Sandown Hurdle.

Spokesman Damian Walker said: "Pipe has been in unstoppable form in the big Saturday handicaps and he looks to have lined up another possible handicap snip this weekend.

"Liberman beat Patriarch Express by two lengths back in November and the runner-up subsequently improved 18lb prior to his win in Saturday's Cleeve Hurdle at Cheltenham. Taking that form at face value Liberman could be thrown in."
