Ed Dunlop, trainer, winner, Ouija Board: "I was very concerned the first half because the pace was so slow. She was coming from a 1½ miles back to 1 3/8 miles and I was afraid that slow pace might get her beat. Kieren (Fallon) rode a great race and had her in the right spot and the result was just what we wanted. She stays in training as a four-year-old."
Kieren Fallon, jockey, winner, Ouija Board: "The draw helped me win. I was in the `box' seat. That's where I like to be with not too much ground to make up. This filly likes to follow a fast pace, but I knew there wouldn't be much pace here so we were saving ground on the rail. I was always confident. I knew she was the best filly and she proved herself."
H. Graham Motion, trainer, second, Film Maker: "All the credit in the world to the Europeans. They are very game and very sporting to come over and race against us. I think it's terrific. I believe my filly fit here today and I think she showed it. Johnny (Velazquez) rode her great and she ran up to the expectation we had for her. We didn't get this one but we still have one more to go (Better Talk Now, Turf)."
John Velazquez, jockey, runner-up, Film Maker: "It was a slow pace in the race. I talked to my trainer early in the day, and he said, `I don't want to rush her, but I don't want to be dragging her back behind a slow pace.' I put my head down, see where she put me and left her there. She ran awesome."
James Toner, trainer, third, Wonder Again: "She ran a great race. It was all about post position. I'm thrilled. I'm very happy with the way this filly ran. I think it vindicated her last race. She is a good horse and I didn't want her to go out the way she did in her last race. You have to be happy. It was asking an awful lot, and Edgar (Prado, jockey) had to take her way back to get her covered up because that's the way she runs. But he rode a great race with her. He did exactly what I asked him to do and I am thrilled."
Edgar Prado, jockey, third, Wonder Again: "It was a beautiful race. Up to the half-mile pole, I was saving ground and she just finished beautiful."
Jose Valdivia Jr. jockey, fourth, Moscow Burning: "I was so surprised with the pace I set. Jim (Cassidy, trainer) told me that if somebody wanted the lead, to let them go ahead, but if they didn't, for me to set my own pace. We were just at a high gallop around there. When I hit the half-mile pole, I said, `Come and catch me,' and started to quicken away. But it was still soft out there and she was struggling with it. But she is a game filly and she was still trying to run."
