Usain Bolt confirms Rome date

Usain Bolt will race over 100 metres at the Golden Gala Diamond League meeting in Rome on June 6, organisers have announced.

The two-time reigning Olympic 100m, 200m and 4x100m relay champion will compete in the Italian capital for the third year running as he builds up to the World Championships in Moscow in August.

The Jamaican has also committed to run the 200m in Oslo on June 23, the sprint relay in Ostrava on June 27 and 200m in Paris on July 6.
