Penguins extend winning run
The Pittsburgh Penguins stretched their winning run to nine matches with a 2-1 victory over the Boston Bruins.

Sidney Crosby and Joe Vitale got the goals for Pittsburgh while Tyler Seguin replied in between for Boston, with all three coming in the first period.
It was the Penguins' fifth straight win over the Bruins and their second in a week.
Jakob Silfverberg netted twice to lift the Ottawa Senators to a 4-1 win over the Winnipeg Jets.
Guillaume Latendresse and Kyle Turris also scored for the Senators, while Zach Bogosian tallied for the Jets.
Elsewhere, the Edmonton Oilers beat the Nashville Predators 3-2 and the Washington Capitals were 5-2 winners over the Buffalo Sabres.
