Leicester Riders moved six points clear at the BBL Championship summit thanks to a 78-66 win over Plymouth Raiders.

Jay Couisnard starred for the league leaders, pouring in 34 points as Leicester won for the 23rd time in 25 games this season.

Defeat for Plymouth sees them slip a place to fourth behind Glasgow Giants who were 83-65 winners against Manchester Giants.

In the night's other game, Cheshire Phoenix got the better of Surrey Heat in a high-scoring contest, emerging with a 104-100 victory.
