The result sees United stay top of the Premier League table, one point ahead of Manchester City after the Blues won 2-0 at Wigan to keep up their unbeaten start to the league season.

It's 10/1 for Roberto Mancini's men to go the entire season unbeaten in the top flight and 5/4 they successfully defend their Premier League title.

"The Premier League title does look like it will be staying in Manchester this season, but to which club it will go is hard to predict," said Coral's Tim Reynolds.

"United and City play each other a week on Sunday and that match could play a vital role in the title betting," added Reynolds.

Elsewhere last night, Rafa Benitez secured his second successive 0-0 draw as Chelsea boss and William Hill offer 33/1 that they fail to win any of their next four matches.

They are also 7/2 to fail to score in their next match against West Ham.

Benitez has already been cut from 5/2 to 2/1 to still be in charge of Chelsea on the final day of the season.

"Rafa can perhaps be forgiven for setting his team up for a draw against City but Chelsea once again lacked the spark to even trouble the opposition goal and main man Fernando Torres, is just 5/2 to fail to score in any of Chelsea's next four games," said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly.

Handed a starting role, Theo Walcott scored for Arsenal in their 1-1 draw at Everton and he is 4/9 to still be at the Gunners on the first day of February (having once been as long as 15/8).

He is, however, 9/2 to join Liverpool in January.
