Three goals in the space of eight second-half minutes saw United come from behind yet again after Jamie Mackie had given the visitors a surprise lead at Old Trafford.
It was a win which saw United leapfrog rivals Manchester City at the top of the table, and they stayed there after City were held to a goalless draw at Chelsea on Sunday.
In a game that marked a return to the league for Rafa Benitez, neither side was able to really threaten and as a consequence City can be backed at 7/4 to retain their title with BetVictor.
Benitez, whose Chelsea side are now 11/2 for the title, is 5/4 with Coral to still be at Stamford Bridge for the start of the 2013-14 season following his mixed reception on Sunday.
"The Chelsea fans certainly didn't hold back with their thoughts about the appointment of Benitez and unless the Spaniard starts winning games quickly, life isn't going to get any easier for the 52-year-old," said Coral's Tim Reynolds.
"Chelsea have a must-win match in the Champions League at the start of December and then head to the Club World Cup, so the next three to four weeks could play a pivotal role on Benitez's future," added Reynolds.
At the other end of the table, QPR are 5/6 second-favourites to be relegated despite making the worst start to the season of any side in the history of the Premier League after 13 games.
Reading head the betting at 4/6 after their defeat at Wigan, who are now as big as 11/4 with Coral.
The same firm offer evens about Southampton after they beat Newcastle to win for the second time in a row while Aston Villa are next at 15/8 despite holding Arsenal to a 0-0 draw on Saturday.
Arsenal are out to 8/11 to finish in the top four with Coral after Tottenham swept aside West Ham to move alongside them on 20 points, although West Brom currently sit ahead of both and inside the top four - they can be backed at 12s.
