The Godolphin star made it five wins from five starts by claiming the National Stakes in style and duly hardened at the head of the betting.
A best of 10/1 for next year's Newmarket Classic before the race, Boylepsorts reacted by slashing their price from 8/1 to 4/1.
A host of layers, including William Hill and Sky Bet, were prepared to offer 7s, however, about the Coventry Stakes winner.
Meanwhile, Toronado was slashed for both the Derby and the 2000 Guineas after winning the Champagne Stakes at Doncaster earlier in the afternoon.
Richard Hannon's charge went into 16s - Coral, Sky Bet and William Hill among those at that price - for the Derby next June following his success.
On best price, the colt now has only Mars ahead of him in the betting.
The best Guineas quote was also 16/1 (general) - the same as Mars with only Dawn Approach ahead of Toronado.
Stan James were particularly impressed.
Their Rory Jiwani said: "We've cut Toronado from 20/1 to 10/1 for next year's 2000 Guineas and gone 25/1 into 12/1 for the Epsom Derby.
"Richard Hughes has said previously that he is more likely to be a Derby horse and the way he gamely held off odds-on shot Dundonnell suggests a step up in trip could be on the cards."
Dundonnell, the Champgane favourite who was beaten into second place, is now 25/1 with Stan James and Ladbrokes for the Guineas.
