Camelot will face a maximum of 10 rivals in Saturday's Ladbrokes St Leger and is a best of 2/5 to land the final leg of the Triple Crown with William Hill.

Camelot: Returns to scene of Racing Post Trophy win

He's set to renew rivalries with Investec Derby second Main Sequence, a general 8/1 second-favourite, while Great Voltigeur winner Thought Worthy can be backed at 10/1.

Sky Bet, bodog and bet365 quote a standout 10/1 about the favourite's stable companion Imperial Monarch, while Thought Worthy's stablemate Michelangelo gives trainer John Gosden a strong hand and is 11/1 with Paddy Power.

Guarantee has been supported into 14/1 and it's 25/1 bar.

William Hill spokeswoman Lucy Rhodes said: "Anything that John Gosden sends for an attack on the St Leger must be afforded great respect, while Guarantee has been creeping towards the head of the market recently.

"However they may all be playing for places behind the juggernaut that is Camelot."

Coral are bracing themselves for a big gamble in a summer which has seen some stunning performances from racing's elite.

"Already this summer we've had Frankel winning at 1/20 and Black Caviar returned at 1/10, and although Camelot may not start that short, the colt will dominate the market as he bids to make history on Saturday," said Coral's David Stevens.

"Main Sequence looks well held by the favourite on their Investec Derby running, so the best-backed each-way alternatives could end up being the John Gosden-trained pair, given his excellent recent record in the season's final Classic."
