Many firms left their price about a repeat win for last year's winner at 6/1, but William Hill moved out to that figure from 5s.
Their spokeswoman Lucy Rhodes explained: "Danedream did what was required but we were anticipating a more impressive showing and have eased her as a consequence."
sportingbet took the opposite position - they are now the shortest firm out there about the chances of the horse defending her title at Longchamp in October. They are into just 9/2 from 6/1.
Coral's David Stevens, whose firm are one of those who offer 6/1, said: "Having proved last year's Arc win was no fluke with victory in this summer's King George, Danedream will head back to Longchamp prominent in the betting for back-to-back wins.
"With Triple Crown-seeking Camelot not certain to run in Paris, and Frankel staying in England for the Qipco Champion Stakes, the German filly could even start favourite for the Arc."
Sky Bet's Ken Dickson also had a warning about the ground come next month's race.
He said: "She was expected to win today and although not visually impressive, the conditions will be different next month in her bid to repeat last year's Arc win."
Hill's moved Pastorius, beaten into third in Sunday's race, into 16s from 25s for the Arc.
Derby and 2000 Guineas winner Camelot is currently a general 3/1 favourite for Europe's middle-distance championship, which takes place on October 7.
