Central midfielder McEachran, who signed a five-year contract in 2011 after a bright start to his Blues career, has yet to push on at Stamford Bridge and the 21-year-old will spend the season with Dutch side Vitesse Arnhem.
Winger Marin followed McEachran out of Stamford Bridge, sealing his season-long loan move to Fiorentina after falling out of manager Jose Mourinho's short-term plans.
The former Germany international has failed to make an impact since joining from Werder Bremen in April 2012 and spent last term on loan at Sevilla.
McEachran has been on the Chelsea books since he was a schooboy and made his first-team debut at 17.
He won the FA Youth Cup with Chelsea in 2010 and was part of Gareth Southgate's young England squad for the Toulon Tournament in May this year.
But with a host of players moving ahead of him, and few first-team opportunities opening up, the England Under-21 player has had loan spells at Swansea, Middlesbrough, Watford and Wigan.
A statement from Chelsea read: "Josh McEachran has today joined Vitesse Arnhem on a season-long loan. We wish Josh well for his time in the Netherlands."
Chelsea also confirmed Marin's exit on their official website.
