Kerry Collins threw three second-half touchdowns to help the Tennessee Titans remain unbeaten with victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Collins completed 13-of-23 passes for 230 yards as the Titans (10-0) rallied from a 11-point half-time deficit to win their 13th straight game dating back to last season.
Justin Gage caught four passes for 147 yards and two scores for Tennessee, who became the ninth team in NFL history to start 10-0.
Maurice Jones-Drew had a pair of touchdown runs for Jacksonville (4-6).
While the Jaguars sputtered, Collins, who took over for a physically and emotionally ailing Vince Young following a loss to the Jaguars (4-6) in week one, and the Titans got untracked and stayed on track for a perfect season.
But their perfect record was under threat as Jacksonville took a 14-3 half-time lead.
Two second quarter touchdowns from Jones-Drew - scampering in from two yards and one yard, respectively - put Jacksonville in the ascendancy after Rob Bironas had kicked an early 32-yard field goal for Tennessee.
Collins then capped a seven-play, 40-yard drive with a 13-yard touchdown to Brandon Jones that made it 14-10 with 9:12 remaining in the third.
The stifling Titans' defence forced a three-and-out and, less than two minutes later, Collins hooked up with Gage for a 56-yard score.
Safety Reggie Nelson had a shot at Gage, but his weak attempt at a tackle allowed him to escape down the sideline.
Chris Carr then made a great leaping interception of David Garrard at the Tennessee 43. Four plays later, Collins hit Gage for a 38-yard touchdown to seal the win.
Garrard finished 13-of-30 for 135 yards and an interception.
