Vick accidentally hit his centre Jason Kelce's helmet while passing in the second quarter of the Eagles' 24-23 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers at Lincoln Financial Field.
He left the field and did not return but the NFL's official website reported an X-ray showed no break.
"I heard a pop, and I didn't know if it was my thumb or from the collision," Vick told The Associated Press.
"I was hoping it wasn't anything severe. I should practice on Saturday."
