Paraguay's Carlos Franco carded a three-under-par 67 to record a two-shot
victory over Fred Funk and Brett Quigley in the US Bank Championship.
It was the fourth career victory on the PGA Tour and first since the 2000
Compaq Classic of New Orleans for Franco, who recorded a winning score of
13-under-par 267.
The 39-year-old native of Asuncion began the day tied for the lead with
Quigley and Patrick Sheehan.
Funk climbed from a tie for seventh at the start of the round with a 66, his
best of the tournament. Quigley signed for a 69.
Sheehan settled for a 70 and slipped to a tie for fourth with Billy Andrade
and Olin Browne.
