Leonard has a tremendous record in the USPGA which was further boosted 12 months ago at Whistling Straits when beaten by Vijay Singh in a playoff, although, in truth, he should have sewn up the title in regulation play. Nevertheless, that was his sixth top-10 finish in the event and another strong tilt could well be on the cards. Two titles have gone his way in 2005 and victory here would certainly put the icing on the cake and his eight-year wait for a second major crown would deservedly come to an end.
