| Michael Campbell is certainly in the running for Comeback Player of the Year following his emotional exit from the doldrums in the US Open at Pinehurst. With the confidence restored to his game, the Kiwi has since shown the consistency expected from a major winner when he finished an excellent T5 in the Open Championship at St Andrews. You would be hard pressed to get excited about his past USPGA record but it is not difficult seeing him in contention this time considering his current mood. |
