Phil Mickelson probably boasts the best credentials as he seeks to break his duck in that department but current form suggests he will hardly be brimming with confidence. A better effort last weekend saw him post a first top 10 finish in six starts as he continues to be plagued by quite woeful inaccuracy from the tee. The burden of the best player never to win a Major hangs increasingly heavily around his neck and it could well be 2004 before he can rid himself of that tag. |
