USPGA PROFILE
Bjorn relishes taking on the best in the world and he proved that with arguably the best performance of his career in the 2001 Dubai Desert Classic. Playing all four rounds in the company of Tiger Woods Bjorn came out on top by two shots and won the tournament. He's also starting to put a good record together in the majors. Two years ago he was runner-up in the Open at St Andrews and he followed that up by taking third in the USPGA. He had another good Open last month when just two shots behind winner Ernie Els. Although he hasn't been at his best in 2002, he's still capable of hitting the heights and if when his aggressive approach to the game comes off he can be a dangerous customer. Even Tiger Woods will vouch for that.
