US OPEN PROFILE
Price is the ideal role model for young golfers and the Zimbabwean has been at the top for the best part of 20 years. His appetite and desire for the game has shown no signs of wilting either and 2003 has seen him bank over $1 million dollars already - he came within a hair's breadth of winning the Byron Nelson last month. Price is a superb ball striker and it tends to be on the greens if any part of his game is going to let him down. He has a wealth of Major experience and his accuracy from tee to green should see him play a prominent part. Whether he can hold off the charge of the younger brigade is another question. If he does, there would not be a more popular winner.
