US OPEN PROFILE
Leonard's CV boasts a US Amateur title, a British Open victory and a Players Championship win. But he will feel it's time he added a second major and he has a definite chance of doing so here. Already in 2003 he's had a victory at the Honda Classic and a second place at Colonial after a final round 61. Leonard's US Open record isn't great but there's no reason why it shouldn't be and three top 16s in the last four years shows it's improving. This should be a course that suits him so expect a bold showing.
