Despite turning 44 recently, workaholic Vijay Singh shows no signs of going over the hill. He started 2007 with a bang winning the curtain-raising Mercedes Championship from an admittedly weakened field but followed up at Bay Hill when the cream of the crop were in attendance. He is already in double figures in tournament appearances this term to confirm his iron man status and, despite having a reputation as being less than consistent over the short putts, Singh still took the title back in 2000 and has made the top 10 in each of the last five years. He has to be a contender again on the back of some sparkling form so far in 2007.
