US MASTERS PROFILE
Perry enjoyed a golden period in the mid part of 2003 when he won three tournaments. Not surprisingly he found that a hard act to follow in 2004 but he again showed the virtues of hitting fairways and greens when edging out Vijay Singh to win at Bay Hill last month. He's also started to make a mark in Majors in the last couple of years although he's no nearer to finding the right formula at Augusta. You have to go back to 1994 to find his only finish better than tied 39th and he's only made two cuts in seven attempts. It seems to suggest that he's a better bet in the other three Majors.
