US MASTERS PROFILE
The Dane should be arriving at Augusta as the current Open champion. It must still hurt Bjorn that he allowed Ben Curtis to snatch the Claret Jug from his grasp last summer but he has the talent and mental strength to fight back. He's yet to really show his best at Augusta although he did establish a Masters record in 2002 for the fastest start when he began his second round with five straight birdies. Whether he can mount a more sustained challenge this year is questionable as neck problems have hampered his build-up, causing him to fall away after a good start in the Players Championship and then miss the cut in the BellSouth Classic.
