The Dubliner has come on leaps and bounds in the last couple of seasons and is really starting to make his mark on the big stage. In last year's majors he was the early leader in the US Masters, eventually finishing fifth. He added another top ten at the US Open and continued his rise with a top five at the Open where a par at the last would have put him into a play-off. He produced another huge performance by finishing tied second at the Players' Championship two weeks ago and, although he missed the cut at the BellSouth Classic, expect him to flourish again here. With finishes of 5-27-19 in his three Augusta starts, Harrington is now a proven Masters performer. If any European is to don the green jacket on Sunday evening, he looks the most likely.
