Alex Noren's holed bunker shot on the 15th hole during his final round at the Omega European Masters has helped the Swede claim successive European Tour Shot of the Month awards.
Noren was enjoying a thrilling battle for the European Masters with Welshman Bradley Dredge when he faced his difficult, 20-yard bunker shot at Crans-sur-Sierre Golf Club's par-five 15th.
The 28-year-old played a magnificent shot, flying his ball out of the trap and landing it on the perfect line some eight feet short of the hole before watching it fall below ground.
It was the shot that effectively sealed the trophy and saw Noren lift his first European Tour title.
Noren had previously won the August Shot of the Month award for his holed approach shot to the 18th at Kennemer Golf Club in the Netherlands during the final round of the KLM Open.
And he could be in line for the October gong too having secured a hole-in-one at the recent Portugal Masters.
