Keating completed her round in an career-best 62 to be four shots clear of a group of four players including Wales' Lydia Hall, Virginie Lagoutte-Clement, Sophie Giquel-Bettan and Azahara Munoz.
"I've been playing well the last few weeks obviously, but it's nice to put it all together in one round," Keating told the LET official website.
"I'm feeling very confident about my game right now and I'm happy where I am."
