| The Fijian's hot run of form has cooled off a little since he squandered a great chance at the US Open in June. Poised to challenge over the weekend, his effort petered out rather feebly and has been followed by a couple of average displays compared to the level he regularly delivers. Singh has never fared better than a tie for sixth here and will be keen to make his presence felt at the top end of the leaderboard. Similar to Phil Mickelson, his chance of success depends on the how good the weather is - he has always produced his very best with some sun on his back. |
