At all times A stationary blue flag will be shown to a driver exiting the pits if the traffic is approaching on the track.

At the end of a danger area controlled by yellow flags - all clear. Can also be used to signal the start to the warm up lap.

The Safety Car may be brought into operation to neutralise a race upon the decision of the Clerk of the Course at any time from, and including, the third lap. Only to be used in circumstances of serious danger when the circuit is not blocked - but the race would nevertheless previously have been stopped.

When the order is given to run the Safety Car, all marshals' post will display stationary yellow flags and a board showing S.C. which shall be maintained until the intervention is over.

The race is finished and the winner has been declared.
