It was not a great last race for Jenson Button but it's been a great season for him.
Now the Contracts Recognition Board has said he should stay with BAR for another season and not move to Williams.
That may be good for him in the long run.
He needs to stay one more season with the team that has been built around him and given him so much success this season.
He could go on and win their first Grand Prix win as well and certainly Honda have performed and the tyres have worked so well with the chassis.
What is refreshing though is that all parties have respected the Board's ruling.
Sir Frank Williams said that's it, there's no more litigation - it's over.
We were presented with an opportunity by Jenson Button's management and we went for it but it didn't happen and we'll go for him in a year's time.
Who knows if Schumacher pulls out next season, Ferrari could be going for him in a year's time and he may be in an even more advantageous posiiton.
But then again, he may have already signed a quiet agreement with Frank Williams to definitely go there in a year's time.
