German driver Nico Hulkenberg is set to take part in a two-day test with Williams at Jerez this week.
Hulkenberg, who dominated the 2006/2007 A1 GP series before moving to the Formula 3 Euro Series, will get his first taste of F1 on Tuesday at the Spanish circuit.
Williams have confirmed that Hulkenberg's test is to evaluate the 20-year-old as the team looks for an official test and reserve driver for the 2008 Championship.
However, the German, who is managed by Willi Weber, is already committed to racing for the ART team for the 2008 Formula 3 Euro Series after finishing third in last year's Championship.
