We're expecting a decision about Jenson Button's 2005 contract from the Contracts Recognition Board in Switzerland on Saturday.
That is effectively the group which all teams have agreed through the Concorde agreement to subject their contracts to.
If there are any priority claims over a driver, from from team to team, the Contracts Recognition Board can make a recommendation.
Everybody's hoping that whatever that is, the teams concerned, Williams and BAR, will stick by that decision.
What Jenson has said is that he still wants to go to Williams. He believes that they have a good long-term future for him and he can win the World Champinship with them.
I just suspect that the fact the team have been very close - the relationship has not been affected too badly by the disruption of this contract fight - he might have been having second thoughts.
I would have said that possibly, hopefully on behalf of BAR, if the Contract Recognition Board find in favour of BAR and Jenson is to stay, that he might not have a problem and might say, "OK, let me stay at BAR for another year and then think about it again".
I'm not expecting anything. I've spoken to both sides. David Richards (BAR) feels it has swung back their way and he doesn't think that in the contract that Williams have as strong a case as BAR do.
But none of us know what's written in those different contracts. The three independent lawyers who will make the judgement will look at that very carefully and will make their recommendations in front of Button's management, in front of BAR's management and in front of Williams and their lawyers as well.
