The Jenson Button contract row continues to rumble on.
I spoke to Dave Richards at the Goodwood revival meeting and at that stage he was talking about legal action and writs starting to fly.
But now Williams have filed their contract and the Contract Recognition Board is looking at two sets of contracts to make it's decision.
According to BAR, Jenson will abide by the decision whatever it is. Whether that happens of not remains to be seen as Jenson says he definitely wants to drive for Williams.
To be fair to him perhaps he has seen major plans for the future that Williams have and sees a longer-term future there. He says it's definitely not for the money. He has to be a little bit aggressive and think of number one if he wants to be world champion.
When you get a performance like Italy when Button outfumbled Juan Pablo Montoya - both on the same sets of tyres, Juan Pablo lost it on a damp section, Button ran past him got into the lead, held it through the first pit stop, driving beautifully - you can understand why two sides are having a tug of war over his services for next year.
I'm sure he'd like to have the whole thing settled but he is getting on with things very professionally.
I know from BAR's point of view, they are hoping for a decision on the weekend of China in two weeks' time.
Tony Jardine was talking to Andy Schooler.
