Man of the match: Khalilou Fadiga. The inspiration for Senegal's fightback with his strong running down the left. Always a danger from set pieces and sent through a lovely ball for Diao to equalise.

90 min: That's it. Both sides have to settle for a point. That means if France lose to Uruguay they are out of the tournament.

90 min: Heintze shows there is no substitute for experience as he halts Henri Camara down the Senegal right.

88 min: Denmark bring Rangers' Peter Lovenkrands on for Rommedahl.

87 min: Poulsen gets the ball behind Daff to Rommedahl, but his cross sails out for a goal-kick.

86 min: Fadiga trots from right to left to take the corner but his flag-kick is straight into Sorensen's arms.

86 min: Fadiga's corner is headed clear by Laursen with Bouba Diop in close attendance.

82 min: As expected, Henriksen returns to the fray. Denmark build down the left but Jorgensen's cross in is over the men waiting in the middle.

79 min: Diao goes in high and late on Henriksen and is immediately sent off by the referee. He shows his frustration by kicking a water bottle on the touchline, but he can have no complaints.

78 min: Fadiga's curling free-kick from the left is headed wide by Diatta.

77 min: Jorgensen's ball in is cleared by Diatta to Poulsen. His shot from distance is blocked and as the ball bobbles around the area Diao hacks clear.

76 min: Diatta concedes a corner as Denmark keep pressing.

75 min: Sand can only direct Tofting's header straight into the air and is then pulled up for blocking Sylva.

74 min: Coly tackles back well to concede a corner down the Denmark left.

72 min: Senegal force two corners in quick succession. The second sees Diatta head wide from 12 yards out.

71 min: Henri Camara does well to get a cross in down the right as the ball looks to be sailing out. Unfortunately his efforts aren't rewarded as Laursen heads the cross clear.

70 min: Diouf breaks down the left and slides the ball across to Souleymane Camara. He has acres of space in the box but can only slide the ball into the side netting. He should have done better there.

68 min: After a delay as Fadiga has to tuck in his shirt, Laursen heads the corner clear at the front post.

66 min: Fadiga's curling free-kick is headed out for a corner by Laursen.

65 min: Tofting crosses it over but Poulsen can only divert it off target.

64 min: Rommedahl forces Omar Daff to concede a corner down the Denmark right.

63 min: Fadiga tumbles in the box under pressure from Helveg. There was nothing in the incident and Helveg is furious that Fadiga has throw himself to the floor.

63 min: Laursen does superbly to track all the way back with Souleymane Camara and win the ball with a sliding tackle just inside his own area.

62 min: Denmark bring Christian Poulsen on for Gravesen as they try to stem the tide in midfield.

62 min: Diao goes into the book for a foul on Tomasson. The referee did well to allow play to continue before returning to caution Diao.

60 min: Fadiga floats it over with his left foot but Sorensen leaves his line to claim the ball all too easily.

59 min: Diouf wins another free-kick down the right, this one from Laursen.

59 min: Fadiga shoots straight at Sorensen after Bouba Diop lays the ball through to him having nicked it off Jorgensen.

58 min: Fadiga floats the corner in but it's straight at Laursen, who powerfully heads clear.

57 min: Diouf draws a free-kick from Heintze down the right.

55 min: Gravesen gives the ball away in midfield to Bouba Diop, who strides forward and shoots from 35 yards. His effort is easily saved by Sorensen, though.

54 min: The goal has lifted Senegal and they are pressing Denmark back.

52 min: GOAL - DIAO. Diao sets Senegal on the break down the left. Fadiga breaks forward and slides the ball through the middle. Diao, who has run 70 yards after winning the ball on the edge of his own area, is the man on the end of the move and he slides the ball home.

52 min: Tofting's corner is headed clear by Bouba Diop. The ball reaches Jorgensen but he is well tackled by Salif Diao.

51 min: Malick Diop has to slide in to concede a corner as Sand breaks into the Senegal box.

50 min: Tofting does superbly to win his side a goal-kick with Fadiga sniffing around hoping for a corner.

49 min: Denmark bring Martin Jorgensen on for Gronkjaer.

48 min: Bouba Diop comes in at the back post and looks to have a free header from Fadiga's cross. Henri Camara just nicks it away from him, though, and his header goes wide.

47 min: The two Camaras are straight into the action. Henri breaks down the left and clips it in to Souleymane in the centre but Helveg comes across well to clear the danger.

46 min: Senegal get things underway in the second half having made two substitutions at the break. The two Camaras - Henri and Souleymane - have replaced N'Diaye and Sarr.

45 min: That's half-time. Senegal have been a shadow of the side that beat France, mainly as star striker Diouf has been isolated up front. Denmark have gone about their job well.

45 min: Rommedahl breaks on to Tofting's through ball, but he's just strayed offside.

45 min: Sorensen does well to save Diao's header from the free-kick, but Diouf has been flagged offside so it's immaterial.

44 min: Diouf gets round Laursen down the left and earns a free-kick as he tumbles.

42 min: A lovely flowing move from Senegal ends with the ball at Fadiga's feet. He beats Helveg's sliding challenge by cutting back, but the ball is on his right foot and he shoots into the side netting.

41 min: Rene Henriksen tries to spread the ball over the top to Tofting but it drifts out of play.

39 min: Gravesen's curling 25-yard effort is pushed away by Sylva, who gets to his feet to grab the rebound before Tomasson can pounce.

38 min: Coly does superbly to get a foot in as Tomasson looks to latch on to a long ball over the top.

36 min: Tofting chases back well to halt Fadiga's promising run down the left.

35 min: Fadiga and Helveg continue their running battle - this time it's the Dane pulled up on halfway.

34 min: Coly flings a long throw into the area from the right but Laursen climbs highest and Heintze completes the clearance.

33 min: Diouf does well to keep the ball in down the left, but Laursen snaps in to the tackle and wins a goal-kick when a corner looked odds-on.

32 min: The game has turned a little scrappy now, as both sides struggle to keep the ball.

31 min: Another Fadiga free-kick is wasted as it drifts over the waiting strikers and goes out for a goal-kick.

30 min: Fadiga turns a cross in towards Diouf, but he is well marshalled by Laursen, who sweeps the ball clear.

28 min: Thomas Gravesen tries to slide Gronkjaer in down the left but Coly intercepts and breaks down the right. His progress is halted by Heintze.

27 min: Heintze has to concede a corner as he turns Fadiga's cross behind, but Senegal waste the flag-kick as Sorensen claims.

27 min: Tofting's long throw is well claimed by Sylva.

26 min: Malick Diop gets back well to concede a throw under pressure from Tomasson.

25 min: N'Diaye strikes a free-kick from all of 30 yards but it sails over the bar.

23 min: Rommedahl, who has switched wings along with Gronkjaer, breaks down from the left before cutting in. His shot is straight at Sylva, though.

22 min: Sylva does well to leap and claim a Tofting free-kick from the right under pressure from Tomasson.

21 min: Sorensen palms Fadiga's corner out down the left and Tofting completes the clearance.

20 min: Diouf forces a corner down the left with a powerful run.

19 min: Tomasson puts the ball in the net for the second time, but he's already been pulled up for handball. He plays on and is booked for kicking the ball away.

18 min: Diao connects with Fadiga's cross but Heintze and Thomas Sorensen combine to scramble it off the line. When the ball comes back in Diouf is offside.

17 min: Gronkjaer breaks on to Sands ball down the right but Pape Malick Diop gets back well to halt the danger.

16 min: GOAL - TOMASSON. Tomasson picks himself up and slots coolly past Sylva. The keeper went the right way, but just couldn't get a hand to it.

15 min: Tomasson goes down in the area after latching on to a quick throw in from Gronkjaer. Salif Diao is the man penalised after jumping in to Tomasson and making no contact with the ball.

14 min: Diatta does well to flick the free-kick out of the area with Tomasson closing in behind him.

13 min: Gronkjaer wins a free-kick down the left as Coly dives in to foul him.

12 min: The free-kick is wasted and Helveg returns to the action after receiving treatment on the touchline.

11 min: An unseemly row breaks out as Fadiga fouls Helveg. Stig Tofting and Diouf are at the centre of things. The outcome is a booking for Fadiga for his initial foul - he clearly kicked out at Helveg.

10 min: Diouf breaks through two tackles down the left, but can't find a way past Helveg as he looks to cut into the box.

9 min: Fadiga curls the left-footed free-kick in but Rommedahl hacks clear from the edge of the box.

8 min: Senegal are awarded a free-kick after Thomas Helveg and Fadiga clash.

7 min: Dennis Rommedahl works himself some space down the right, but miscontrols, allowing Sarr to win the ball. Sand flies in late on Salif Diao and is cautioned by the referee.
