Estanislao Struway was used as a substitute for most of the World Cup qualifying campaign, although he did come off the bench to score in the 2-2 draw with Bolivia.
He is an attacking midfielder who likes to get forward at every opportunity.
He played in the recent international friendly against England at Anfield but was unable to shine on that occasion as they crashed to a 4-0 defeat.
His ability to score vital goals from midfield could see him introduced if things are not going Paraguay's way.
