Former newspaper distributor Johan Mjallby spent 14 years at AIK Solna before signing for Celtic back in 2000.
He came to prominence in September 1998 when he scored Sweden's winning goal against England in their Euro 2000 qualifier.
Mjallby played a key role in Sweden's Euro 2000 bid - scoring their goal in the opening 2-1 defeat to Belgium.
On the domestic front he has won over the Parkhead faithful with a series of no-nonsense displays either in the heart of the defence or on occasions in midfield.
Has played a key role in helping Celtic lift the Scottish Premier League title for the past two seasons even chipping in with the odd goal from time to time.
Mjallby is renowned for his tough tackling and committed performances and will be one of the most determined members of the Swedish squad to board the plane to Korea and Japan.
