Along with fellow Kaizer Chiefs youngster Thabiso Malatsi, this midfielder is seen as the future of Bafana Bafana.

His performances for the Chiefs saw him called up for the national team at the Under-20 level and he played at the Sydney Olympics in 2000.

By this stage he had already made his full debut against Lesotho and he has proved an integral part of Matsilele Sono's squad ever since.

Potentially one of South Africa's stars at this summer's finals.
