A decade playing European club football, in Yugoslavia, Belgium and France, has not blunted Fadiga's natural flair. Currently a midfield team-mate of Amdy Faye at Auxerre, Fadiga makes Senegal purr from his position at either left wing-back or on the left flank.
He scores regularly at club level, and will frighten right-backs at the World Cup with his talent.
