Suzuki has all the abilities needed to be a top-class striker, although he needs to find consistency.
A good runner off the ball who links well with his fellow strikers, Suzuki has picked up two nicknames during his career - 'wonderboy' and 'blonde bombshell'.
Already a veteran of six clubs despite being in his mid-20s, Suzuki has spent much of his career in his homeland, with two short spells in Brazil.
His Confederations Cup displays showed he can perform at the highest level - and he will be hoping to do that this summer.
